Who needs a Fiscal Representative

While the appointment of a fiscal representative is mandatory only for companies from outside the European Union (EU) that carry out taxable transactions in Croatia, this service is highly beneficial for EU companies as well. Mandatory: Companies based outside the EU that perform taxable supplies of goods or services in Croatia are required to appoint a fiscal representative.
